The main idea of ​​air cushion drying is to provide perfect drying with excellent shrinkage values ​​without stretching in tubular or open fabric.

In the drying cabinet, the fabric is dried under highly compressed air cushion conditions. This provides excellent dimensional stability, soft pleasant touch and additional value increase in the end product. Air-cushion dryer allows the fabric to work without any traces of needles or clips, but as in the ram machine, width and length work cannot be done.

The operation of the fabric is briefly as follows;

The fabric is transported on the endless, specially manufactured conveyor belt during drying. This tape has a perforated structure. This allows hot air to contact the fabric from both sides.

Fluctuations are made with the hot air coming from the bottom and top of this band and it gains shrinkage since it is not exposed to tension. The sprayed air is supplied from specially designed nozzles.
